WHY BUILD AN ADU?
Our customers generally build ADU's for one of 3 reasons
1. To provide a source of rental income without purchasing a new property
2. To expand into when their family grows or when loved ones visit
3. To have flexibility upon retirement. Allowing someone to stay in their neighborhood and rent out the main house is a great way to keep costs low and even generate income after retirement.
